After you have sent an assessment in bulk or individually, the status will update to 'Sent'.
To send a reminder to the patient to complete an individual assessent, click on the more menu (the three dots at the end of the row) and send reminder.
You will then have the option to send a reminder by email or SMS.
Note: You can only add a custom message for email reminders.
This will send a message to the patient with a link to open and complete that asssessment only.To send a single reminder to the patient to complete all assessments that are pending completion (i.e. all assessment that that are in progress, overdue, or sent), select the 'Send reminder to all pending' button.
This will create a single link to the patient to click to an overview screen, like this one, to complete all assessments together.
