Understanding roles and permissions

Know what roles can see and do on Oqea Frame.

Updated over 4 months ago

To start with, there are three roles with permission sets in Oqea Frame: Practitioner, Receptionist and Practice Manager.

The Practice Manager will be the first contact invited to set up the account. They are tasked with adding all subsequent users.

When they add a user, they are able to assign a permission set. A single user may have more than one permission set. To assign the right permission, here is a breakdown on what each role can do and see in Oqea Frame.

  1. Practice Manager - Add users, manage subsciption and payments

  2. Receptionist - Add a Practitioner, create and edit patients, send assessments and reminders (email and SMS)

  3. Practitioner - Have Telehealth appointments, record sessions with ambient listening, create, review and export reports.

A practitioner must be assigned to patients to have appointments and access data to support that patient. Read Adding and assigning Practitioners for more.
